BONDED AND INSURED COMPANY
Western Record Destruction is a fully bonded and insured company. We specialize in the destruction of confidential records and certify that the material has in fact been destroyed. We carry a two million dollar general liability policy as well as a one million dollar errors and omissions policy to protect our customers in the unlikely event that material falls into the wrong hands. We have never had a claim against either of these policies.
TESTED AND BONDED EMPLOYEES
All of our employees authorized to handle your confidential records have undergone drug testing. Background checks are made through the Idaho Department of Law Enforcement.
SECURE FACILITY
Our shredding operation is located at 1992 South Cole, Boise ID 83709. The building is constructed of tilt-up concrete and is accessed only by an electric key lock system. The facility is used only for shredding of material. Our totally secure purpose-built mobile shred truck is housed at this location when not is use.
An official dated Certificate of Destruction certifies that your documents have been destroyed.
